T he board has arranged for jet washing of stairs etc. and undercroft cleaning to take place on Enterprise Lane on 11 October and at Highbury Lane on 12 October. They will arrive at 7am for an 8am start. Residents who have cars parked in the undercrofts will need to move them. Courtyard residents may wish to remove their vehicles as a precaution. We need volunteers (two per side) to allow the company to use their water supply. Volunteers will be reimbursed their costs by the keyholder. CHMC have a new 'go faster' and 'more secure' website. All the same information is there but the layout has changed/improved!!! The site has more facilities including the option of uploading photos etc etc Hope you like it

There is now a 'AGM 2021 details' page which contains the joining instructions, last years AGM minutes and last years accounts. This can be accessed from the home page - bottom of the list on the left!

The board have decided to hold this years AGM through Zoom again to maintain social distancing and help to keep people safe. Details will follow once they are available. There may be 'an event' later in the year so celebrate lockdown release!!  Fingers crossed.

The COVID situation is still likely to limit the numbers and social distancing for the AGM this year. A decision will be made at the next board meeting to confirm details.

The council have paused the green bin collection due to staff shortages. Any food and garden waste should be put into the black bins. The green bins have been taped up until the collections are re-started.
